Ahora es tu momento de afrontar 104kms (64millas) con 2.200 metros desnivel (7.200 pies\/ft)<\/strong> por las hermosas monta\u00f1as Antioque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n

De inicio a fin en bicicleta, comenzando desde la tienda MBR Manila Poblado y terminando en el mismo lugar. Vas a rodar por el centro de la ciudad sobre las ciclov\u00edas que conectan con el tranv\u00eda de Ayacucho, este tranv\u00eda ser\u00e1 tu gu\u00eda para llegar al barrio Buenos Aires y comenzar la monta\u00f1a llamada Santa Elena, monta\u00f1a de 14kms (8 millas),<\/strong> luego te espera un largo descenso hasta la zona llamada Oriente Antioque\u00f1o donde visitaras varios pueblos entre terrenos ondulados y algunos repechos (monta\u00f1as no mayores a 2 kil\u00f3metros\/1.5 millas) conectando por las rutas m\u00e1s tranquilas y concurridas por ciclistas de la zona. Guarda energ\u00eda para la \u00faltima monta\u00f1a llamada Carrizales (4.7 kil\u00f3metros \/ 3 millas) Con (300 metros desnivel \/ 984 pies\/ft)<\/strong> Luego ser\u00e1 pura diversi\u00f3n con 15 kms \/ 9 millas, de puro descenso con el paisaje de una hermosa ciudad de fondo llamada Medell\u00edn.<\/p>\n

El clima en esta zona es relativamente frio y con posibilidad de lluvia, recomendamos chaqueta o cortavientos.
\nDurante todo el camino encontraras f\u00e1cilmente restaurantes o tiendas para poder aprovisionarte.

\n\u201cLa Heroica\u201d refers to Cartagena, Colombia, known for its resistance in 1815, which earned it this nickname.<\/p>\n

Now it’s your turn to tackle 104 km (64 miles) with 2,200 meters of elevation gain (7,200 feet)<\/strong> through the beautiful mountains of Antioquia.<\/p>\n

From start to finish by bike, beginning at the MBR Manila Poblado store and ending at the same place. You will ride through the city center on bike paths that connect to the Ayacucho tram. This tram will be your guide to reach the Buenos Aires neighborhood and begin the 14 km (8 mile) climb up Santa Elena mountain<\/strong>. Then a long descent awaits you to the area called Oriente Antioque\u00f1o, where you will visit several villages among rolling terrain and some steep slopes (mountains no higher than 2 kilometers\/1.5 miles), connecting via the quietest and most popular routes for cyclists in the area. Save your energy for the last mountain called Carrizales (4.7 kilometers\/3 miles) with a 300-meter\/984-foot elevation gain<\/strong>. Then it will be pure fun with 15 kilometers\/9 miles of pure descent with the landscape of a beautiful city called Medell\u00edn in the background.<\/p>\n
